Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for your willingness to be a volunteer and to be involved in the work which God is doing in the Michael Job Centre (MJC). Attached you will find our overall manual/ policy regarding volunteers. We encourage you not to have any expectations other than that God will use you in whatever circumstances you may find yourself while in the Michael Job Centre. Sometimes we are able to give an idea of what you may be doing, but mostly we ask volunteers to be ‘RFA’ – ‘Ready For Anything’. Be willing to serve in whatever the situation requires.
We ask you to be considerate as we are growing and learning daily in our work. We are often
working with very tight schedules and cannot always give you attention at exactly the time
you need it. Please be patient, and also be very flexible about possible changes of plan and
schedule.
We really do appreciate each and every volunteer who is willing to give up so much to come
and serve with us. It is our desire to make your stay as pleasant and profitable as possible.
We would like the benefit to be to you just as much as it is to us.
While planning to come the Michael Job Centre, you might have a lot of questions. In this
manual you can find the answers to most of your questions. If you have more questions
